The merger fuses together three highly accomplished attorneys with professional experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in legal cases concerning immigration, medical malpractice, auto accidents, family law/divorce, litigation, probate, landlord-tenant, employment, business, wills/estate planning and zoning.
Sherryl S. Pond, a Fulbright Scholar, brings a strong background in immigration and business law, representing employers and professionals in obtaining employment-based visas, as well as representing individuals and families in other types of immigration issues. David C. Potts, a Coast Guard Veteran, has developed a diverse practice, including litigation, estate planning and probate, and landlord-tenant law. Laura Harrington, a Registered Nurse, brings years of experience litigating medical malpractice, personal injury and family law issues and is licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Federal Court.
